Vimron is designed for a wide range of users who need to monitor, record and protect their animals, vehicles, things and people. Users include, for example, livestock owners, transporters, logistics companies, vehicle owners, but also individuals who want to track the location of their valuables, such as suitcases, skis, bicycles, or their loved ones, such as children, seniors or field workers .

Yes, the Vimron service also works outside the territory of the Slovak Republic. It uses the global network of mobile operators with NB-IoT or LTE-M technology, so it will be available practically anywhere in the world where there is network coverage of a mobile operator with this technology. The current list of countries in which you can use Vimron services and the mobile operator supports the NB-IoT or LTE-M network can be found at www.vimron.com/coverage-nb-iot. We are constantly expanding and updating this list.

If you purchased a Vimron device and the courier delivered it to you, the next step is to activate the device and add it to the Vimron IoT Platform portal according to the brief instructions included in the shipment:

  • Visit the user manual
  • Charge the device
  • Create an account at app.vimron.com and turn on the device outside
  • Place the device on your asset

If you have successfully added your device to the platform, you can start using it and track its location in real time.
If you are unable to activate the device or add it to the platform, you can contact Vimron technical support at phone number +421 904 600 606 or at the e-mail address support@vimron.com.

Turn on the device by pressing and holding the SOS button for 5 seconds. After pressing correctly, both the signal and battery symbols will light up at the same time, after releasing the button, the device will turn on. You can check the device status at any time with the “Device Status” function.

If you have forgotten your password on the Vimron IoT Platform portal, you can change it by clicking the “Forgot your password?” button. on the app.vimron.com login page. Then enter your e-mail address, to which a link to change your password will be sent. Follow the instructions in the email to change your password. If you are still unable to change your password, please contact Vimron Technical Support to help you regain access to your account.
